The marvellous wedding of Chiara Ferragni

On Saturday, September 1, the Italian ‘influencer’ Chiara Ferragni and the rapper Fedez, got married in the Italian city of Noto in the province of Syracuse. Creating a brand around the ceremony, the ‘Ferragnez’ fulfilled all the expectations we had from a luxurious and glamours ceremony. Furthermore, the opening of the  personalised Ferragnez amusement park added an original touch of fun to the wedding.

After many months of  extensive waiting, Chiara left her millions of followers and all the quest of the wedding speechless. The influencer chose the creative director of Dior, Maria Grazia Chiuri, for the creation of the two unique and custom-made dresses she wore at her wedding. Three different look adapted to each phase of the event: the ceremony, the dinner and the party.

For the ceremony Chiara appeared on her father’s arm in a beautiful white ball gown that featured a long sleeve embroidered crochet jumpsuit with a detachable and voluminous tulle skirt. Inspired by her favourite bride, ‘Grace Kelly’ Chiara transmitted uniqueness through a perfect blend of simplicity and elegance.

After the  wedding ceremony at the banquet, Chiara surprised everyone with a less traditional tulle dress in nude color also designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri. The dress was decorated with the symbols and drawings of the couple with the phrases of the song that Fedez composed to propose to her. Finally, for the late night party at the Luna Park `Ferragnez’ the influencer opted for a ballerina look by only changing to a  short full bodied tulle skirt.

The Spectacular Wedding Dress of Tina Kunakey

In the City Hall of Bidart, a seaside town near Biarritz, actor Vincent Cassel and model Tina Kunakey said “yes” . Informal white suit for him, a cloud of tulle signed Vera Wang for her, curly in the wind, maxi earrings and a simple bouquet of white flowers.The flimsy gown was made by Vera Wang especially for the beautiful model and this style will be presented in New York during the Bridal Fashion Week in October 2018.

 

Nicole Warne’s wedding dresses

The Australian influencer Nicole Warne of Gary Pepper Girl decided to got married in Rippon Hall, a biodynamic vineyard in Lake Wanaka, New Zealand. With 1.7 million instagram followers and an online presence that was launched 9 years ago, Nicole decided to wear 3 different stunning couture dresses for the occasion.

For the ceremony she wore a Valentino Haute Couture gown made out of 38 meters of silk organza embellished with handmade silk flowers and petals encrusted with crystals and sequins. Twenty embroiders used 17 meters of silk tulle to create the embroidery during the period of 4 weeks and the result was one of a kind gown of silk organza with long sleeves.

After the stunning ceremony, Nicole changed into an espectacular Oscar de la Renta gown for the reception . The ruffled gown was created with seven layers of materials bonded together to create the dramatic Spanish flair that Oscar injects in most of his gowns. It took the experts of Oscar de la Renta atelier 300 hours to make the dress, which was designed by the creative directors Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia.

For the after-party, Nicole chose to wear a dress by one of her favourite designers Dion Lee. It was a short white satin dress with asymmetric neckline and cut out details that allowed her to dance all night and enjoy one of the most special nights of her life.

The Royal wedding of Prince Christian of Hanover with Alessandra Osma

The wedding of Alessandra Osma and Prince Christian of Hannover was celebrated in Lima (Peru) in the Basilica of San Pedro. The Peruvian beauty made the traditional paseíllo from the Goyeneche house to the basilica on the arm of his father, Felipe Osma Berckemeyer.

 

 

 

The gorgeous bride chose to wear a very romantic and elegant long-sleeved lace dress by Jorge Vazquez that took the designer more than 600 hours to create. Alessandra was every inch the perfect princess in the spectacular high neck gown with a long train. She completed her look with the Hanover floral diamond tiara that was previously worn by princess Caroline of Monaco on her Marriage to the father of the groom, Prince Ernest of Hanover .
Alessandra and prince Christian were previously married in a civil ceremony in London last November.

 

 

Kaley Cuoco New Year’s Eve Wedding

The Big Bang Theory actress, Kaley Cuoco got married to the tennis player Rayan Sweeting in a Fire and Ice themed New Year’s Eve Ceremony at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana California.
The beautiful 28th year old bride wore a gorgeous strapless pink tulle gown from the latest Vera Wang bridal collection. She complemented her look with a set of stunning diamond necklace, earrings and bracelet. After the ceremony she changed into a short plunging red dress to theme up with the wedding’s fire and ice theme.

Kate Bosworth’s Wedding Dress

On the 30th of August Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish enjoyed their intimate wedding ceremony with their closest friends and family at the Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg, Massachusetts

Bosworth chose an ivory radzimir satin strapless ball gown with a sweeping long train for the ceremony but for the reception, Kate changed into a floral embroidered tulle dress with scalloped cap sleeves. Both gowns were custom designed by Oscar de la Renta.

I love the dress because when you see the front, it feels so minimal then when you turn around there’s just this dramatic sort of glorious fall of the fabric,’ the actress explains in the interview with Vogue magazine.

‘It looks like it has weight and a heaviness to it, but yet it feels light as air, there’s just so much poetry and elegance to it. The veil is actually a cathedral length veil, traditionally a cathedral length veil moves even further past the end of the dress, but we proportioned it to the dress. In my opinion Oscar is the most legendary designer ever. He has such a great mark on American elegance, and I’m such an admirer of his work. There is no one else for me.” Kate Says

Anne Hathaway’s wedding dress

Hollywood princess, Anne Hathaway wore a fairy-tale custome made Valentino wedding gown when she married actor and jwelery designer Adam Shulman last week. The wedding took place in the natural, scenic Big Sur on the California coast .The bride looked every inch a celebrity wearing a 1920’s inspired headband.

 

Natalie Portman’s romantic wedding

 Natalie Portman married  Benjamin Millepied over the weekend in Big Sur, CA. The couple, who met back in 2009 on the set of Black Swan, gathered their loved ones at the coastal town for an intimate outdoor celebration. Along with their families, friends like Ivanka Trump, her husband Jared Kushner, and Macaulay Culkin gathered to see Natalie and Benjamin exchange vows in a Jewish ceremony. Natalie and Benjamin’s 14-month-old son, Aleph Millepied, was also present for the nuptials, and he was able to stay up late enough to see some of the dancing during the reception. Natalie’s dress was reportedly designed by her friends Laura and Kate Mulleavy from the label Rodarte.

 

Drew Barrymore’s Wedding Dress

Pregnant Drew Barrymore ties the knot in a Chanel dress designed by Karl Lagerfeld. The German born designer admitted designing for an expectant bride involved certain challenges he wasn’t used to. “There was only so much we could do,” he explained. “But for someone who is pregnant she looked perfect.” Lagerfeld chose to accentuate bride’s waist and baby bump with a black satin belt, and embroidered the skirt of her dress with feathers and organaza, muslin, and tulle flowers.
